Ingredients

Mango - 2
Milk - 1 liter
Cardamom powder - ½ teaspoon
Sugar - ¼ cup
Cashews - 5 to 6 chopped
Almonds - 5 to 6 chopped
Pistachios - 5 to 6 chopped

Recipe

- First of all, peel the mango and cut it into small pieces. After this, put the milk in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat.

- Keep stirring it with a ladle in between. When the milk starts boiling, slow down the gas.

- When a thin layer of cream appears on the milk, place it on the sides of the pan with the help of a ladle.

- Similarly, when the cream starts forming in the milk, keep moving it to the sides with the help of a ladle. In this way, boil the milk till it becomes half.

- When the milk is reduced to half, add sugar to it. After this, let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Mix all the cream flakes in the milk. Then turn off the gas.

- Now add cardamom powder, chopped cashews, almonds, and pistachios to it. Let the rabri cool down.

- When the rabri cools down, add chopped mangoes to it. Garnish it with dry fruits.
