In this connection, the Uttar Pradesh ATS team arrested Mohammad Haroon, who was spying for Pakistan. Haroon is a resident of Delhi and works as a scrap dealer. According to the information received, Haroon was in contact with Muzammal Hussain, an employee posted in the Pakistan High Commission.
He used to extort money in the name of getting visaHe, along with Muzammal, used to extort money in the name of getting a Pakistani visa. Haroon was sending information related to national interest and security to people in Pakistan. Mohammad Haroon has relatives in Pakistan, due to which he used to visit Pakistan frequently. During this time, he met Muzammal Hussain, an employee of the Pakistan High Commission.
Haroon accused of sharing information related to internal securityAfter this, he also collected money from many people in different accounts in the name of getting visas for Pakistan. Haroon is accused of sharing information related to the internal security of the country with Muzammal. Muzammal Hussain used that information to destabilize India and harm the internal security. On the request of Muzammal, Haroon also provided him with several bank accounts. Muzammal got money deposited in these accounts from his clients who were getting visas.
Taiful was also arrested from Varanasi
Taking some commission, Haroon gave this money in cash to the place and person mentioned by Muzammal. This money was being used in anti-national activities. Muzammal Hussain has been ordered to leave the country. Let us tell you that earlier a person named Taiful was arrested by ATS from Varanasi on Thursday evening. A few days ago, a person from Moradabad was also arrested, who was a businessman and used to visit Pakistan for business.
