The UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Exam is tomorrow. But candidates should do their final preparation today itself. This will avoid any problem at the last moment tomorrow.
Keep every important document ready.
UPSC CSE Preliminary Admit Card: Admit card is necessary for entry into the UPSC exam center. Download the UPSC admit card in advance and print several copies of it. Read every instruction given on it very carefully and follow them.
UPSC Exam Center: All candidates are advised to visit their exam center at least one day before the exam and confirm it. This will give you an idea of the distance and route from home to the exam center.
Photo ID: Carry only the ID whose details are given in your admit card for entry into the UPSC exam center. This will avoid trouble during checking and you will get entry into the exam center without wasting time.
Black ballpoint pen: Only black ballpoint pen is allowed to fill the UPSC OMR sheet. Try to use a pen with thick writing (eg 0.8mm), so that there is less chance of tearing the paper while filling the OMR sheet.

1- Keep a positive attitude and give the exam with confidence.
2- First solve those questions in which you are more confident. Solving 100 questions in 2 hours is possible only with practice.
3- There is negative marking in UPSC exam. So answer only those questions which you are sure about. Avoid any kind of guesswork.
4- Check the question number and option carefully in the OMR sheet. Check your answer sheet in the last 10 minutes and make sure that all the questions are marked properly.

Avoid new notes: Now do not read new books or new notes a day before the UPSC exam, nor watch online lesson videos. Instead do final revision from your short notes. These notes are easy to remember. Reading new notes at the last moment can increase confusion and cause panic. Therefore it would be best to rely on old notes, mind maps and resources.
