5 facial exercises that help reduce wrinkles

Ageing starts showing signs on some people faster than others. This said, ageing is inevitable, and those fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin can be delayed through some healthy practices. While one cannot reduce the appearance of wrinkles, facial exercises, often called "face yoga," are a natural way to tone facial muscles and improve circulation. 1. Forehead Smoother
This exercise targets horizontal forehead lines. Place your fingers just above your eyebrows. Gently pull the skin down while trying to raise your eyebrows. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 10 times. This strengthens the forehead muscles.

2. Cheek Lifter
Designed to tone the cheeks and reduce sagging. Smile as wide as you can without showing your teeth, then place your fingers on the top part of your cheeks. Lift your cheeks upwards, hold for 5 seconds, and relax. Repeat 10–15 times. This helps enhance cheek volume.
