Akshay Kumar's production house has issued a notice to Paresh Rawal for leaving 'Hera Pheri 3'. Paresh was paid Rs 11 lakh.

 Akshay Kumar's production house Cape of Good Films has issued a notice to 'Babu Bhaiya' i.e. Paresh Rawal to leave 'Hera Pheri 3'. The production house claims that work on this project had already started. Akshay's company's notice claims that Paresh was paid Rs 11 lakh before leaving the project. Now, lawyer Pooja Tidke, representing Akshay's production house, has said that this case will have 'serious legal consequences' as the company has incurred many expenses in connection with the film.

 

Advocate Pooja Tidke, who represents Akshay Kumar's production house, spoke to PTI about the film. She said, 'I think this will have serious legal consequences. This has harmed the franchise. We have written to them and told them that there are many legal consequences involved in this. Expenses have been made for the cast, crew, actors, logistics, shooting of the trailer.

The contract had been done for shooting the trailer

Pooja said that Paresh was involved in the project because he had shot for the trailer. She said, 'The shooting of the film's trailer had started and some part of the film was also shot. Contracts were made to shoot the trailer. About three-and-a-half minutes of the film were shot. Suddenly, a few days ago, we got a notice from Paresh ji, saying that he is no longer associated with the film and does not want to be associated with it. This shocked everyone.'

Production house gave notice to Paresh Rawal

Pooja said they are still "optimistic" that things will be sorted out, but added that there has been "reputational damage" to the actors involved in the film and the franchise. "But right now we are facing legal issues." She told PTI that Paresh is yet to respond to the legal notice, but he has been given 7 days to respond.

Let us tell you that earlier there were reports that Paresh Rawal signed the contract on the term sheet, after which he accepted partial payment of Rs 11 lakh.

Let us tell you that Akshay, Paresh and Sunil Shetty were going to be seen in the lead roles in 'Hera Pheri 3'. Earlier this year, Akshay announced that the film is finally being made with director Priyadarshan.
