Material
Coconut pulp – 1 cup
Coconut milk – 1 cup
Honey or dates paste-2-3 tbsp
Cashew or almonds-10-12 (wet and ground, for creamy texture)
Vanilla Extract – 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt

Method
- First of all, add coconut pulp, coconut milk, honey (or dates paste), soaked cashews, vanilla and a pinch of salt in the mixer or blender.
- Blend all things until well smooth and creamy texture. If needed, you can add a little coconut milk.
- Put the mixture in the airtight container and keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours. Stir once every 1-2 hours so that ice crystals do not become.
- After the ice cream is set, scoop and serve it by greater dry fruits or a little dark chocolate. If you want, you can also give chocolate twist by adding a little cocoa powder to it.
