Ingredients to make rice pakoras:

Ripe rice – 1 cup

Besan – 1/2 cup

Onion – 1 (finely chopped)

Coriander leaf – a little

Salt – as per taste

How to make rice pakoras

1. Mix rice, gram flour, onion, green chillies, spices and coriander in a bowl.

3. Put a little mixture with a spoon in hot oil and fry it till it becomes golden.
