
Kenishaa Francis has been making headlines amid the ongoing social media battle between actor Ravi Mohan, and his estranged wife, Aarti Ravi, following the fallout of their marriage after Aarti accused Kenishaa of being the 'third person' responsible for their split. Since then, the singer has been receiving abusive messages, rape threats, and death threats from several users on social media. In response to the online abuse and defamation, on Sunday, Kenishaa has issued legal notice against the trollers spreading false information about her alleged involvement in Ravi and Aarti's marital issues. In the caption, they wrote, "To All Offenders : Cease and Desist Notice from Keneeshaa’s Legal Team."A part of the legal notice stated, "These acts amount to direct violations of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, including Section 75 (sexual harassment through unwelcome advances or sexually colored remarks), Section 351 (criminal intimidation), and Section 356 (defamation), as well as multiple provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, including Section 66E (violation of privacy), Section 67 and Section 67 A (publication or transmission of obscene content in electronic form)"Check it out:The notice further stated that Kenishaa has all relevant evidence—including URLs, usernames, timestamps, screenshots, and metadata—secured through independently verifiable digital hashing and time-stamping protocols, which will be relied upon in judicial, regulatory, and investigative proceedings.Aarti has reportedly demanded Rs 40 lakh per month as maintenance as she needed financial support post-separation. The judge adjourned the case until 12 June.Ravi Mohan hit the headlines last year after he announced his divorce from Aarti. In a counter-post, Aarti claimed the decision was made "without her consent".
