There have been 38 active cases of Kovid in Bengaluru, out of which 32 cases are only from the city. These include a nine -month -old child, who has been admitted to Vani Vilas Hospital. The child’s test came positive from the rapid antigen test on 22 May. According to sources, two more children have also been found infected in the city, but none of these are in serious condition.
A pregnant woman in Belagavi is found infected with Kovid-19, who went to Pune last month. Several district hospitals including Dharwad have also opened a 10 -bed ICU ward for Corona patients.
The Health Department has said that so far 257 cases have been registered across the country, out of which no serious symptoms are visible. There is no need to panic in this situation, but is instructed to take vigilance and follow the necessary protocols.
