Uttar Pradesh Ayush Department Recruitment 2025: The Ayush Department has decided to start large-scale recruitment in Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathic Medical Colleges and their associated hospitals. According to Principal Secretary Ranjan Kumar, there will be government job recruitment for many posts including Director, Deputy Director, Principal, Professor, Lecturer, Medical Officer, Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Matron, and Reader in these institutions.

On the instructions of the CM, it has been decided to fill the vacant posts of these institutions of Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy. For this, the requisition of many posts has been sent while the rest of the posts will be sent soon. According to the fixed plan, there will be appointments in the posts of Professor, Lecturer, and Medical Officers for Ayurveda, Homeopathy, and Unani Medical Colleges. Apart from this, advertisements will also be issued for the posts of Staff Nurse, Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacist, Matron, Assistant Drug Controller, Deputy Director, Principal, and Spokesperson.

Thousands of posts are vacant in every department

According to the data of the AYUSH department, thousands of posts are vacant in the Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy departments. 7,233 posts are sanctioned for Ayurveda Medical Service but 3,025 posts are vacant. At the same time, 161 posts are vacant out of 462 posts of Unani Medical Service. The same is the condition of Homeopathic Medical Services. Here 3,818 posts are sanctioned but only 2,654 posts have been deployed. According to Principal Secretary Ranjan Kumar, appointments will be made on many of these posts through promotion, direct recruitment, Accounts and Finance Sangarv, PSS cadre.

Where has the medical recruitment come out now?

Let us tell you that in Bihar also, recruitment of Medical Officer has come out. State Health Committee Bihar (SHS) has released recruitment for the posts of Medical Officer of Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Unani. Applications are open on the official website shs.bihar.gov.in for more than 2600 posts. In which the last date for filling out the form has been fixed till 16th June. Candidates who have a degree in the relevant field can fill out the form. Talking about the age limit, the minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 21 years, and the maximum age at 37 years.
