- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Water: to knead the dough
- Chinese: 2-3 tablespoons (as per taste)
- Ghee: to bake and apply paratha
- Cardamom Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Method
- First take wheat flour in a big pot.
- Now add water slowly and knead soft and chicken dough.
- Keep the dough for 10 to 15 minutes, so that it is completely set.
- Now make dough dough and roll it a little bit.
- Now make the bread a little thick.
- Now put one to two teaspoons of sugar in the middle of the rolled dough.
- If you want, you can also add a little cardamom powder to it.
- Pick the dough from all sides and close it well, so that the sugar goes out.
- Roll again with light hands from now.
- Roll it very comfortably so that the sugar does not come out.
- Now heat the griddle.
- When the griddle is hot, put this paratha on it.
- Light from one side in medium flame, when it goes lightly, apply ghee on both surfaces of the overturn.

- Serve it in a hot plate.
