Who is N Chandrasekaran?
Ann Chandrasekaran, whose full name is Natarajan Chandrasekaran. He was born on 2 June 1963 in Mohanur, Tamil Nadu. Chandrasekaran is an Indian businessman and is currently the chairman of Tata Sons and Tata Group. Natarajan has become the first non-guardian and professional officer to lead the Tata group. He was considered as the right hand of Ratan Tata.
How was the educational background?
If we talk about Ann Chandrasekaran, he was a great student since childhood. He did his initial studies from a Tamil government school in his village Mahnur. After completion of schooling, he received Bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. Since graduation, Chandrasekaran completed his Master of Computer Application i.e. MCA in 1986, a Regional Engineering College in Tiruchirappalli, now known as the National Institute of Technology.

After completing his studies, Chandrasekaran joined TCS in 1987 and took over the post of CEO of the company at the age of just 46 on October 6 and also remained the youngest CEO of the company. Earlier, he was one of the COOs and Board of Directors of TCS. N Chandrasekaran has been responsible for Tata Sons and Tata Group Chairman since 2017. The Tata Group’s profit was Rs 64267 crore in the year 2022 under his leadership.

How much is N. Chandrasekaran’s salary
If we talk about N Chandrasekaran’s annual income, then in 2019 his early salary was Rs 65 crore, which was increased in the year 2021-22 to Rs 109 crore on an annual basis. However, in FY 2024-25, his salary increased by 20 percent, after which his salary increased to Rs 135 crore annually.
