As things stand, 58 Serie A players will be out of contract at the end of the 2024-25 season, which officially comes to an end on June 30. Here is a reminder of everyone who could potentially leave their clubs on free transfers.
Fiorentina, Juventus and Roma are the three clubs in Serie A who have no players with expiring contracts heading into the summer transfer window. All 17 of the other clubs in the top flight run the risk of losing at least one player on a free at the end of June.
Among those players are Mario Pasalic and Davide Zappacosta of Atalanta, Inter strikers Joaquin Correa and Marko Arnautovic, Lazio’s Pedro, Milan’s Luka Jovic and Napoli goalkeeper Alex Meret, who remains in talks over an extension.
There are still several players, including Inter centre-back Stefan de Vrij, who are technically out of contract, but have options to renew written into their current deals.
