Pasta is liked by children to elders. You can eat pasta in many ways. But the recipe we are going to tell you today, you have rarely eaten. Yes, we are talking about Tomato Garlic Pasta and it is not a difficult task to make it.
- Pasta – 500 grams
- Cherry Tomato – 1/2 kg
- Parmeson cheese – 1/2 cup
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Garlic – 8-10 buds
- Clove – 4-5
- Green coriander leaf chopped – 1/2 cup
- Tulsi leaves – 8-10
- Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- First of all, put water in a vessel and heat it on medium heat.
- Add a little salt to it and then add pasta (made of whole wheat).
- In the water, when there is a good thing in the water
- Put the water and keep it aside in a bowl.
- After this, take cherry tomatoes and wash them and wipe them with a clean cloth. After this, cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Now take garlic buds and finely chop them. After this, take the permesson cheese and grate it in a bowl.
- Now finely chop the green coriander leaves. After this, take a nonstick pan/griddle and heat it on medium flame by adding a little oil.
- When the oil is hot, add chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes soft. Tomatoes will take 4-5 minutes to soft.
- When the tomatoes become soft, add finely chopped garlic buds and mix it with a fork and fry.
- Add black pepper powder, green coriander leaves and salt as per taste and let the tomatoes cook.
- Cook it until the tomato mastes well. After this, add cooked pasta and mix well with tomato gravy.
- If tomato gravy looks dry while cooking, then you can add a little water to it.
- After this, add cloves to the pasta. After cooking for some time, turn off the gas and remove the pan. Your tomato garlic pasta is ready.
