High blood pressure is often called ‘silent killer’, and the reason is clear – there is no special symptoms in the beginning.
But some people may get signs of headache, dizziness, eye irritation or redness, heaviness in chest or bleeding from the nose. But these symptoms are not in everyone, so regular checkup is necessary.
What should be done if BP is high?
The first step is to do not do the panic, but do not take it lightly. Keep food balanced, eat less salt, walk daily and manage stress.
Also, if there is already high BP, then monitor blood pressure regularly and take medicines with the advice of a doctor.
