Comedy legend and actress Crissy Rock has shared that her work currently has her "living like a nomad". The , who took on the role of Solana hotel manager Janey Yorke in , is set to head on a new tour of the UK as her work forces her to live "couch to couch".

Speaking exclusively to , the 66-year-old star explained: "Me, I'm like a nomad. I live from place to place to place. My wardrobe is just the boot of my car. If it wasn't for my friend, I would be living in a hostel or a cardboard box. When I'm in Liverpool, I go and see her and I have family and that so I just sort of move around from couch to couch."

Explaining why she chooses to live the "nomad" life, Crissy explained: "It's just my job, it takes me everywhere." She added: "You can't become complacent, because every job is different."

Speaking about her upcoming tour, Crissy said that fans can expect to hear about her journey from Christine Murray to Crissy Rock. On needing to add more dates, she said: "It's gone berserk. I can't believe it. I'm really excited about it."

"It's a journey of up and down," the star added, as she shared that she is set to talk about darker times in her life but will still show off her comedic skills. Crissy said: "I think that's how I've coped with my life. Through humour."

Crissy also admitted that despite being so busy with her one-woman show, she would "love" for Benidorm to make an epic return. She said: "I've heard that the show could come back and I think that it would be brilliant if they did bring it back. But I can't say much, but I would love it to happen. It's up to the writer, and I think that you couldn't say half of the things now. You'd have to be politically correct, so would it be the same?"

"The full cast, all of them, were brilliant. We had a lovely time. I think it was so popular because people could relate to the characters. They all knew someone who was like that. They could relate to the people who were on the programme."

Suggesting a return storyline, she added: "I think it would be fab if Janey Yorke and Joyce Temple-Savage got back and locked horns over who was managing the Solana. That would be good, wouldn't it? Because they hated each other."

Crissy is currently touring the UK with her stage show An Evening With Crissy Rock: From Bedlam To Benidorm. As well as the June 2025 tour, dates will be extended into Spring 2026. to keep up to date with the latest dates and locations and to book your tickets.
