How to ferment dosa batter in 15 minutes: Dosa batter is not fermenting? Ferment it in minutes with home remedies like Eno, baking soda, curd, buttermilk or yeast and make delicious dosa.

Use Eno

After grinding the dal rice mixture, if you want instant fermentation in it, then add a packet of Eno to the prepared batter. This will make the batter swell immediately, you can add lemon to it for sourness.

Use baking soda

To ferment the dosa batter, add a quarter teaspoon of baking soda, a little oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice or curd and beat it well. This gives the foam and makes the dosa crispy and light.

Keep the dosa batter in a warm place

Preheat the microwave or oven for two to three minutes, then turn it off. Keep the batter covered in it. Doing this speeds up the fermentation process and the dosa batter gets fermented in half to 1 hour.

Use curd and buttermilk

To make the dosa batter sour and quick to ferment, you can add two to three spoons of sour curd or half a bowl of buttermilk to the batter. Keep it covered in a warm place for 15 minutes, this will bring a slight yeast in the batter.

Use yeast

To make the dosa batter ferment faster, mix the yeast with hot water and sugar, then mix it in the dosa batter. Your dosa batter will get fermented in 10 minutes.
