Star footballer Neymar was found out of the team, found to be covid positive

New Delhi: Brazilian’s forward Neymar has been found to be a covid positive. After being found positive, he has been excluded from the team. His club Santos gave this information in a statement to Brazilian media. 33 -year -old Neymar felt symptoms on Thursday and was immediately separated from the team. The infection was later confirmed in the medical test.

The club did not disclose Neymar’s period of unavailability and did not immediately respond to Reuters’ remarks. Neymar is already out of the league match against Fortaleja on Thursday due to suspension. Fortaleja match will be the last match of Santos. After this, the Brazilian League will stop for the Club World Cup to be held in the US from 14 June to 13 July.
