Pedestrians in Mumbai were seen staring at what was Rohit Sharma's formerly owned Lamborghini after Team India's ODI skipper had gifted his prized car to a fantasy contest winner recently. A video of the same surfaced on social media as the number plate ending with '264' was seen in Mumbai and it was allegedly sold by the contest winner.
Amid IPL 2025, the Mumbai Indians opener had gifted his blue Lamborghini to a fan named Yuvraj Wagh, who had topped the Dream 11 charts in a fantasy contest. With the 38-year-old enjoying a massive fan following across the nation, fans lauded him for the gesture.
However, a user claimed after uploading a recent video that the contest winner had sold the car to somebody else.

Meanwhile, the Nagpur-born cricketer had a decent IPL 2025 season, aggregating 418 runs in 15 matches but Mumbai Indians' campaign ended in the Qualifier 2 with a defeat to the Punjab Kings at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
However, the five-time champions showed a marked improvement from the 2024 edition when they finished at the bottom of the points table.
As far as Rohit's international career goes, he will play only ODIs moving forward, having retired from T20Is and Tests. His next international outing is likely to be in August when India tour Bangladesh for three ODIs and as many T20Is.
