Thomas Tuchel says he is ready for the pressure after one of England’s worst-ever wins. England struggled to beat World Cup minnows Andorra - 173rd in the FIFA rankings - in what felt like a big wake-up call for Tuchel’s new regime.
The travelling 6,800 England fans booed the players after an unconvincing throwback to the bad old days when the Three Lions struggled against lowly opposition. But Tuchel insisted that he is ready for the fall-out.
The German even made light of it as he has steered England to three straight wins, six goals for and none against. When asked about England managers being judged differently to club bosses, Tuchel said: “Fair enough. I am always ready for that.
“I always feel pressure as I am not happy with myself. The biggest pressure comes from myself. We have three wins and three clean sheets and we have a friendly match on Tuesday. I have felt more pressure than that.”
England now face a test against Senegal at ’s City Ground on Tuesday night when he will make changes, especially with big-name players jetting off to the Club World Cup later in the week.

However, Tuchel insisted that his ideas have not changed because of Andorra and gave no guarantees about starting Ivan Toney ahead of . Kane got the winner in Andorra but Toney has yet to get a chance in a match since moving to the last summer.
Tuchel added: “It would have been a good test anyway. No matter how well or not well we played today. It was always a good test. We don’t have a lot of matches. We worship every training and we worship every match. Of course it will be a good test.
“I have seen Ivan in training and I made my decisions and the guys who were on the pitch absolutely deserved it. Harry I think showed the attitude in the end to bring it over the line.

"He was one of the very few who stepped up and put a shift in at the end when things got a bit stuck and uncomfortable. We have opportunities and we will see some changes but I am not going to give you names now cos I don’t know the line up.”
Tuchel's men were slammed by legendary captain . The Irishman hammered the Three Lions for looking 'bored' furing the second-half as they eked out a win.
"We try to make excuses for England but I thought when they scored the goal they felt it was job done. I was really disappointed with their attitude when they scored," Keane told Sport.
"The manager can't be happy with the effort in the last half hour. Overall, particularly in the second half, the attitude wasn't great. When I see players getting bored, which I saw in the last half an hour, I don't like to see that.
"Go and get some more goals. They have to impress the manager, he's still new to the job. You can't keep looking to Kane, the other attacking players have to have an impact."
