Hamas tunnel found in gaza: The Israeli army has discovered the tunnels in Gaza during the military campaign in Gaza which revealed the war room, weapons and things full of mystery. A stock of arms and several important jihadis documents have been recovered from inside the tunnel. According to reports, the Israeli defense forces have claimed that they have discovered a tunnel of Hamas under the European hospital in Khan Younis in Gaza. In a detailed statement released on Saturday, the army stated that the tunnel system was widespread and included “command and control room, arms and additional intelligence materials.” IDF soldiers made several important revelations within the tunnel.

Footage of this campaign – Captured during a special operation by the 36th division of IDF and shared on the social media platform X – shows an underground complex with several rooms. The operation included Golani Brigade, elite Yahlom Unit, soldiers of special forces and were directed by the Directorate of Intelligence. The video of this underground tunnel route is shared on its X account.
The IDF believes that the tunnel was used by Hamas operatives to plan and coordinate attacks on the Israeli army.
IDF has accused Hamas that it is using civil establishments (especially hospitals) in Gaza for attacks on the Israeli army and for terrorist activities. “Hamas constantly exploits Gaza hospitals for terrorist objectives. This is a cruel attempt to deliberately endangered citizens.” According to IDF, the structure of the tunnel was in such a way that its activities should be hidden from the eyes of the outside world, making it blur the line between human and military activities.
After the discovery of the tunnel, IDF engineering units have neutralized it and currently the work of cleanliness and documentation of the area is going on at present.
