The fifth installment of Bollywood’s famous comedy franchise ‘Housefull’ has once again proved that when it comes to entertainment, the combination of Star Power and Laughter can create a blast at the box office. Adorned with big stars like Akshay Kumar, Ritesh Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff and Nana Patekar, the film has managed to draw the audience to theaters.

Entry in 100 crore club in the first week
This multistarrer film by producer Sajid Nadiadwala made an opening of ₹ 24 crore on the first day, while on Sunday, he collected a tremendous collection of ₹ 32.5 crore.
On Monday too, the film has crossed a total of ₹ 100.5 crore domestic earnings, collecting ₹ 13 crore.

Talking about the budget, the total cost of the film is said to be around ₹ 375 crore (225 crore production + 150 crore promotion).

Strong performance in worldwide earnings also
The film has also performed tremendously abroad.
The worldwide collection has been increased to ₹ 160.50 crore in four days, including India gross ₹ 120.50 crore and Overseas ₹ 40 crore.
