Chandigarh, Haryana Mausam News | The weather is expected to remain generally dry in the state of Haryana till June 13. During this time, northwest and western winds are expected to blow, which can increase the day temperature due to being hot and dry. Due to the increase in day temperature, light clouds and dusty winds may also blow at times.

There is a possibility of change in the direction of winds on June 14, due to which the winds will blow from western to north-eastern direction. This may increase the amount of moisture in the atmosphere and there may be partial cloud cover.

The weather will remain dry till June 13

According to the information received from Hisar, Dr. Madan Lal Kheechar, Chairman, Department of Agricultural Meteorology, Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, said that the weather in the state will generally remain dry till June 13. During this time, northwesterly winds are expected to blow. Due to these winds being hot, an increase in the day temperature can be recorded. Light clouds and dusty winds can also blow.

There is a possibility of change in the direction of winds on June 14. Winds may turn from west to north-east direction, which will increase the humidity in the atmosphere and partial cloudiness may be seen.

Orange alert issued in 5 districts

Today, on June 10, the Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in 5 districts of Haryana, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Hisar, Bhiwani and Rohtak due to severe heat and hot winds. Whereas yellow alert will continue in the rest of the state. The temperature in the state has been increasing continuously for the last three days. The temperature has crossed 40 degrees and today it has gone above 45 degrees. The temperature in Sirsa was recorded at 46.4 degrees Celsius, which was the highest in the state. The temperature in Rohtak was 45.6 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department says that similar weather will remain till June 13. Some change in the weather is possible from June 14.
