Material (Mango Kalakand Recipe)
- Ripe mango – 1 cup (pulp)
- Mawa/Khoya – 1 cup (grated)
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Chinese – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 1 tbsp
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped fruits (cashews, almonds, pistachi) – to decorate

Method (Mango Kalakand Recipe)
- First of all, peel the ripe mango and take out its pulp and put it in a mixer and make a smooth puree.
- Heat some ghee in a non-stick pan. Add mawa to it and fry it lightly. Now add mango puree to it and mix well.
- Now add milk and sugar to it. While stirring the mixture continuously, cook on medium flame until it becomes thick and does not leave the edges of the pan.
- When the mixture becomes like freezing, add cardamom powder to it and mix well.
- Apply ghee in a plate or tray, lubricate it and spread the prepared mixture in it. Add chopped fruits on top and press it lightly.
- Keep Kalakand in the fridge for 1-2 hours so that it sets well.
- Now cut it into desired shape and serve.
Some important things
- If you want, you can also use cheese instead of mawa.
- According to mango sweetness, you can reduce or reduce the amount of sugar.
