
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The 20th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi will be released on 20 June 2025. Only those farmers will get the benefit who have completed registration and eKYC on time. Aadhar, land documents and bank account are required. The process can be completed from PM-Kisan website or app.
PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: The Government of India and the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare launched the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) to financially assist farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given financial assistance of ₹ 6,000 every year, which is transferred directly to their bank accounts in three installments. An installment of ₹ 2,000 is given every four months.
Only registered farmers will get the benefit
The government has recently made it clear that only those farmers who have completed their registration and eKYC on time will get the benefit of the 20th installment. Some reports are claiming that this installment will be transferred to the accounts on June 20. Farmers who do not update their registration or eKYC will not get the money of this installment.
How to register?
Farmers can complete their registration through the following means.
By visiting the official website of PM-Kisan https://pmkisan.gov.in
Through the 'Farmer Registry UP' mobile app
By visiting any nearest Public Service Center (CSC)
Know the complete process for eKYC
To get the benefit of PM-Kisan scheme, it has now been made mandatory to do eKYC. Without this, no farmer will be able to avail the benefit. With the easy step-by-step process given below, you can complete eKYC from home.
First of all go to the website https://pmkisan.gov.in.
Go to the “Farmers Corner” section and click on the “e-KYC” option.
Enter your Aadhaar number and registered mobile number.
An OTP (One Time Password) will come on your mobile.
Enter that OTP and complete the eKYC process.

Bank account linked to Aadhaar
Mobile number
What if eKYC is not done?
If you have not completed eKYC, your next installment will be stopped and your name will be removed from the beneficiary list. Therefore, all farmers must complete eKYC in time.
