Kriti Kharbanda surprises with her performance. Known for her “girl-next-door” image, she completely breaks that mould here and proves she’s got serious acting chops. Surveen Chawla brings charisma and elegance to every frame she’s in. Arjun Rampal impresses in a negative role, radiating menace with poise. Sushant Singh turns in another dependable act, while Abhishek Banerjee once again proves he’s one of the most versatile actors around—his unconventional character will make you a fan all over again.

Writing & Direction

Created by Karan Anshuman and directed by Anshuman, Suparn Verma, and Abhay Chopra, the series improves significantly after its initial hiccups. The writing team (Karan Anshuman, Ryan Soares, Karmanya Ahuja, Ananya Mody, Karan Gour, and Vaibhav Vishal) crafts a narrative that gains momentum episode by episode. While the first three episodes could’ve been tighter, the fourth onward feels sharp and purposeful. The scale of the series feels big, yet intimate where it needs to be.
