
Bollywood's father-son duo Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan have offloaded three residential properties in Andheri West. The transactions, spanning across nearly 2,000 sq ft and two different buildings, have been registered in public property documents reviewed by SquareYards.
According to the documents, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan sold two apartments in Andheri West. The first is a 1,025 sq ft flat in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited, which was sold to buyer Sonali Ajmera for ₹3.75 crore. The deal, registered on May 25, included a stamp duty payment of ₹18.75 lakh and registration charges amounting to ₹30,000.
The second property sold by Rakesh is a 625 sq ft apartment in the upscale Raheja Classique building. The flat fetched ₹2.20 crore and was purchased by three buyers. The transaction, finalized on May 17, included a stamp duty of ₹13.20 lakh and the standard ₹30,000 registration fee.
Hrithik Roshan's Real Estate Move
Superstar Hrithik Roshan also made a sale from the same building, Raheja Classique. His 240 sq ft apartment went for ₹80 lakh. As per the property registration, dated May 17, the sale involved a stamp duty of ₹4.80 lakh along with ₹30,000 in registration charges.
This isn't the first time Hrithik has made headlines for his real estate decisions this year. In January 2025, the actor leased out a 2,727 sq ft commercial space in Mumbai’s Goregaon for a monthly rent of ₹5.62 lakh.
