- Dosa paste – 1 big bowl
- for filling
- Boiled Potatoes- 3
- Paneer – 1 small bowl
- Finely chopped onion- 1
- Channi Dal – 1 small bowl
- Dry red chili – 2
- Rye – 1 tbsp
- Ginger (chopped in strips) – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Curry Leaf – 12-14
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil
How to Make Paneer Masala Dosa
- To make it, first take out the dosa paste in a bowl. After this, start preparing stuffing.
- Now first take a pan and heat the oil on medium heat. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds.
- If you start crackling, add dry red chili. Now when the chili is roasted well, add onion and fry it till it becomes golden.
- Meanwhile, keep stirring Kalachi. After this, you also add gram lentils to it.
- After frying for some time, mash the boiled potatoes in it. Then mash the cheese and mix it in this mixture.
- Now after this, mix ginger pieces, red chili, turmeric and salt well in this mixture.
- When everything is mixed well, add curry leaves and salt to it and fry it well for about 5 minutes.
- In this way your dosa masala will be ready.
- After this, take a nonstick griddle and keep it on medium flame.
- After heating, add dosa batter and spread it in round shape like cheela.
- When the lower surface of the dosa is cooked well, add oil around it and then turn the dosa.
- After baking in the second way, turn the dosa again and keep the stuffing of the prepared potato-paneer in the middle.
- After this, fold the dosa in a plate and turn off the gas. Take your paneer masala dosa ready for breakfast.
