Ingredients

4 cucumbers

Half a cup of semolina

2 green chillies

2 teaspoons coconut powder

1 teaspoon garam masala

Half a teaspoon mango powder

Taste salt

Recipe

– First of all wash the cucumber. Peel it after washing. Now take cucumber in a big pot and grate it.

– Add half a cup of semolina, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 2 teaspoons of coconut powder and fine coriander in grated cucumber.

Now add 1 teaspoon garam masala, half a teaspoon of mango powder, salt as per taste and a little water.

– Mix all the ingredients well. Your cheela batter is ready. Now turn on the gas and put a pan on it.

When the pan is hot, add butter and spread it all around. Now take a batter with a tablespoon and spread the panjar round on the pan.

Now add cheese and butter over the cheela. Then bake the cheela well from both sides. The hot cheela is ready. Eat it with chutney.
