
Footage has emerged which appears to show former world champion throwing punches inside an Ibiza nightclub. The incident is alleged to have taken place at the Pacha nightclub on Tuesday morning.

Now, according to footage shared by and seen by Mirror Sport, McGregor can be seen appearing to peer down to address an unidentified man on the dancefloor. Moments later, he appears to throw two punches., connecting with the second.
The individual falls to the floor moments after he seems to be struck by the second of two punches. The music playing at the club continues throughout.
Moments later, individuals standing close to McGregor appear to get in between him and other revellers. Mirror Sport has approached McGregor's representatives for comment.

McGregor has seen a number of comebacks postponed in recent years. He last entered the Octagon in 2021, losing to Dustin Poirier in the third match of his trilogy with the American.
He was scheduled to make a comeback in the sport in 2024, with Michael Chandler identified as his opponent. However, McGregor was forced to pull out after suffering a toe injury.

Then you’ve got the fans weighing in, the media weighing in, it was an interesting process but I handled it pretty darn well compared to how most would have. And I grew throughout the process."
