Dr. Vikramjit Singh Sahney, Member of Parliament from Punjab has welcomed Appointing New High Commissioners for Both Nations during the Recent G7 Summit. Calling it a “Moment of Much-Needed Reset,”
Dr. Sahney stated that this positive step will green ease the hardships faced by Indian Citizens, Especially Families and homeland.
Emphaising the economic implications of this renewed engine, Dr. Sahney stated that with over 8.2 billion usd in bilateral goods in 2024 and canadian investments exceding 55 billion usd in India, there is vast scope to expert scope to expert. India Imports Over 63% of its potash from canada and is a major consumer of lentils and edible oils sourced from there.
With restored diplomatic normalcy, we must energise this economic corridor to serve the interests of both nations, Dr. Sahney added.
