Action:

  • To make naan dosa, first of all, in a large pot, add a bowl of rice, gram, peanuts, naan, fenugreek seeds and enough water to soak all the ingredients.
  • The next day, put all the soaked ingredients in a mixer jar and grind them into a fine paste. Then, remove the prepared mixture.
  • In the mixer bowl, add the chopped onion, green chili, ginger, garlic, and cumin seeds and make a fine paste.
  • While preparing the paste, do not add too much water, as this will not make the dosa crispy and will spoil the taste of the dish.
  • Heat a pan and pour oil on it. Once the oil is hot, spread the prepared mixture in a circular shape and fry it well on both sides.
  • A simple recipe for a gram dosa is ready. This dish goes well with coconut or peanut chutney.
