

Fried rice recipe: Fried Rice is a dish that is perfect in taste, convenience and simplicity. When the time is short, hunger and no compromise in taste, then fried rice can become the best option. This recipe, which is prepared from the remaining rice and some common vegetables, gives wonderful taste every time. Children are fans of this dish and are seen repeatedly demanding to make fried rice.
It takes too much hard work nor any special material is required to prepare fried rice. You can change it as per your choice, whether make light spicy or full of vegetables. From children’s tiffin to dinner, this recipe is suitable for every occasion. Let’s know how to prepare it in 10 minutes.
Material for making fried rice
Ripe rice – 2 cups (cold rice will improve)
Finely chopped carrots – 1
Capsicum – 1
Green peas – ½ cup
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic-3-4 buds (chopped)
Soya Sauce – 1 teaspoon
Vinegar – ½ teaspoon
Green Chilli – 1 (optional)
Salt – as per taste
Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
Oil – 2 teaspoons
Recipe for fried rice
Preparation of vegetables:
First of all wash all the vegetables and chop it finely. Vegetables like carrots, peas, capsicum, onion give good taste in fried rice. If you want, you can include any vegetables of your choice.
Tadka:
Heat oil in a pan or vok. First of all add garlic and fry till it becomes light golden. After this, add onion and green chillies and fry a little. Now add the rest of the vegetables and fry on high flame for 2-3 minutes so that they remain light crunchy.
Rice mix:
Now add boiled rice and add soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper powder on top. Mix well so that all rice spices and vegetables are found equally. Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Method of serving:
Garnish the hot fried rice with green onion leaves and serve with sauce or favorite gravy.
