
Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan is going to return to the screen on 20 June 2025 with his much awaited film Stars Zameen Par.
But this time the film is not only in discussion for Aamir’s performance, but also for inclusion and inspiration.
The film will feature 10 neurodives actors with Aamir. There is a name in these – Gopi Krishnan Verma, who is ready to show the magic of his acting even while struggling with Down syndrome.
Gopi Krishnan Verma: Story of a motivational actor
Gopi Krishnan, who belongs to Kozhikode, Kerala, was born in 1988 with Down syndrome.
In childhood, he had difficulty breathing and many physical problems. But his parents Kishore Annian and Rajni Verma never gave up.
Gopi studied in special school as well as general school. He has a good grip in Malayalam and English, and he is also smart in terms of computers.

Gopi has already created history.
He is the first actor in India to play the lead role in a film with Down syndrome.
His performance in the 2021 Malayalam film ‘Thirike’ was so great that he got a place in ‘India Book of Records’.
Their performance proves that the ability is not interested in any condition.
‘Stars are playing’ Guddu ‘in’ Stars Zameen Par ‘
This time Gopi will be seen in the role of ‘Guddu’, who is afraid of water, he is shy away from bathing and always appears to be wrapped in soil.
Gopi says that Guddu has now become a part of his heart.
