Jaipur: Monsoon has knocked in 15 districts of the state. Monsoon has reached only half of some districts. Banswara received 5.5 inches of rain in 5 hours. Bhilwara recorded 4.5 inches of rain and Jaipur recorded 4 mm of rain. There is a possibility of good rain in western Rajasthan in the next two days. It is expected that monsoon will cover the entire state in 5 days. This time there are signs of good rain in eastern and southern Rajasthan.

The weather department has issued an orange alert in the capital Jaipur too. Orange alert has been issued in Jaipur, Jaipur city, Dausa, Tonk, Ajmer, Karauli, Sawai Madhopur, Nagaur districts. There is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder. There is also a possibility of lightning and strong winds blowing at a speed of 40-60 km per hour.
