With the launch of the company’s Quantum 5G service, the wait of crores of people is also over.

The company can first start 5G service in select cities, but is currently launched in Hyderabad. Let us know that this soft launch of BSNL Quantum 5G has been launched. But 5G has not yet been launched. BSNL has given information about launch by posting on social media. In the post shared by the company, it was told that the company’s CMD A Robert J Ravi has launched the Quantum 5G FWA service in Hyderabad, the capital of Telangana.

People will get the benefit of superfast internet speed through the company’s 5G service. Last year, BSNL decided to set up 1 lakh 4G and 5G towers, out of which more than 70 thousand towers have been activated, but 1 lakh towers will be deployed to give better connectivity to people.

At present, it is not known how long BSNL is planning to start 5G service for the people. It may be noted that in May 2023, two years ago, BSNL gave Ericsson a contract for telecom equipment, besides Ericsson, Tejas Network and Tata Consultance Services were entrusted to install mobile towers. The company has planned an investment of 13,000 crores for maintenance of 4G mobile towers for the next 10 years.
