Poha Pakoda Recipe: Poha Pakora is a snack in the Indian kitchen that is a great combination of taste and crisp. This dishes are especially for those who want to make something quick and delicious. Material for poha pakora

Poha (Chivda) – 1 cup

Besan – 1/2 cup

Onion (finely chopped) – 1 medium size

Green Chilli-1-2 (finely chopped)

Green Coriander – 2 Table Spoon (Finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)

Salt – as per taste

Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp

Celery – 1/4 tsp

Oil – to fry

Water – as per requirement

How to make poha pakora

Poha prepare

To make poha pakoda, first wash the poha with water thoroughly and keep it soaked for 5-10 minutes. Keep in mind that the poha is soft but not wet than water, otherwise pakoras will not become crisp.

For poha pakoda, take a soaked poha in a large pot. Add onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and celery. Now add gram flour to it and prepare a thick mixture by adding some water as per requirement. The mixture should be made in such a way that small pakoras can be made by hand.

Fry pakoras

Heat oil in the pan to fry poha pakora. When the oil is hot, make small pakoras with the prepared mixture and put it in the oil. Fry them on medium flame until golden and crisp.

Method of serving

Poha pakora hot is most tasty when he is hot. It can be served with green chutney, tamarind chutney or tomato sauce. If there is tea together, the taste becomes even more double.
