Material (Paneer Momos Recipe)
- Flour – 1 cup
- Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Water – as required
- Paneer (grated) – 1 cup
- Cabbage (finely chopped) – 1/2 cup
- Carrots (finely chopped) – 1/4 cup
- Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
- Ginger (grated) – 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic-2-3 buds (finely chopped)
- Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Black Pepper – 1/4 teaspoon
- Green Coriander – A little bit (finely chopped)

Method (Paneer Momos Recipe)
- First of all, add flour, salt and a little oil in a vessel. Then add water slowly and knead hard dough. Cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for 15-20 minutes.
- Now heat a little oil in a pan. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies to it. Then add cabbage and carrots and fry lightly (for 2-3 minutes). Keep in mind that the vegetables do not cook too much.
- Now add grated cheese, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and green coriander and mix well. Turn off the gas and allow the mixture to cool.
- Make small doughs with dough and roll thin pods with cylinders. Place a spoonful of stuffing in the middle of each puri and shape the momos while beating the edges. If you want, you can also make round, half -moon or plured shape.
- Now heat the water in the steamer and keep the momos in the top tray. Steam for about 10–12 minutes, until the outer part of the momos looks slightly transparent and ripe.
Serve the hot-hot cheese momos with red chili momos chutney or mayonnaise and enjoy the taste.
