
1 cup soaked sago
2 boiled and mashed potatoes
Half a cup roasted and mashed peanuts
Chopped leaves of green coriander
1 teaspoon ginger
Garlic and chili paste
Salt taste
Half a teaspoon cumin
Half a teaspoon chili powder
Oil required
First of all, soak sago in water overnight or 5-6 hours.
After the scheduled time, remove the sago from the water and filter the water well.

Now add sago, mashed boiled potatoes, coarse peanuts, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chili paste, red chili powder, salt and cumin in a bowl.

– Heat oil in a pan and heat the gas. Now put the prepared fries in the pan.
– Let it cook on medium flame for 7-8 minutes or till it becomes crisp.
– Take it out gently. Now serve the hot fries with green chutney and curd.
