Mix flour, baking powder and salt together in a bowl. In a separate large bowl, mix butter and sugar lightly together.
- Add egg, vanilla extracts and almond extracts and mix well. Mix the dry ingredients slowly and knead hard dough.
- First of all cool the dough. Cold makes the dough easier to roll and its shape remains while cooking. – Divide the dough into two parts. Flatten both parts in the shape of a disc, wrap in plastic rap and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Heat the oven at 350 ° F (175 ° C) in advance. Lay parchment paper on the baking sheet. Roll out a dough of flour lightly in about 4-inch thickness.
- Use the cookie cutter of your choice and cut the dough into that shape. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes. If they do not become light golden from the edges, then stop baking.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before placing it on the wire rack.
- In a bowl, beat powder sugar, milk and vanilla extracts together to make icing. Adjust stability by adding milk to make sugar or thin glass to thicken.
- Divide the icing into small bowls and mix the food color.
- Use a piping bag or spoon to decorate the cookies.
