He has now become the first Asian bowler to take 150 Test wickets in SENA countries (South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia). This record reflects the unique ability and continuity on Bumrah’s foreign pitches.

Bumrah took 5 wickets for 83 runs in 24.4 overs. He walked Jack Croly in the first over, then did not spare Ben Docket and Joe Root (dismissed in the Test for the 10th time). He then dismissed Chris Woakes and Josh Tong and intervened England’s innings.
Bumrah reached equal to Kapil Dev
Bumrah took 5 wickets in the Leeds Test and took the work of taking five wickets in the innings in SENA countries for the 10th time in Test history. With this figure, he is now jointly second among the Asian bowlers who took the highest 5 wicket hall in SENA.
Not only this, Bumrah has also equaled the great Kapil Dev in terms of taking 5 wickets hall for India on foreign pitches. Bumrah achieved this feat in just 64 innings, while Kapil Dev played 108 innings to do so.
