India’s fast bowler Jaspreet Bumrah cut the Gadar on the second day of the Leeds Test. England have been given all three shocks in the first innings so far by Bumrah. He caught Jack Croly (4) in the first over by Karun Nair. Bumrah bowled Ben Docket (62) in the 29th over and hunted Joe Root (28) in the 47th over. He also trapped Harry Brook (0*) in his trap in the 49th over but the umpire called a no-ball.

Pope increased India’s tension

Rishabh Pant scored a century
India’s star batsman Rishabh Pant scored a record century. He scored 134 runs in 178 balls, including 12 fours and 6 sixes. This was Pant’s seventh Test century. He has become the wicketkeeper to score MS Dhoni and score the most centuries for India. Dhoni scored 6 centuries in 90 Test matches. Pant defeated Dhoni in the 44th Test.
Tongs stunned India
England’s Pacer Josh Tung stunned India on Saturday. He hunted four. Tonga covered India’s untouched order cheaply, which failed to touch the guest team 500. Apart from Pant, he hunted Ravindra Jadeja (11), Jaspreet Bumrah (0) and famous Krishna (1).
Stokes committed four victims
England captain and star all round Ben Stokes also took four wickets. Stokes took two important wickets on the second day, causing the Indian team to falter badly. Stokes returned Karun Nair, playing Test match after eight years, to zero. He did not even allow all -rounder Shardul Thakur (1) to stand. Stokes dismissed opener Yashasvi Jaiswal (101) and debutant Sai Sudarshan (0) on the first day of the match.
