Former India captain Rohit Sharma may be taking a break from cricket after his recent retirement from Test matches, but he's still in the spotlight — this time for a light-hearted moment off the field.
As fans miss him during the England series, Rohit appeared with his wife Ritika Sajdeh on the talk show ‘Who’s the Boss’, hosted by Harbhajan Singh and Geeta Basra.
Ritika’s Remark Steals the Show
In the episode, Harbhajan asked Rohit to describe a few Indian cricketers in just one word. Rohit’s responses were as entertaining as ever:
Kapil Dev – Fitness
Yuvraj Singh – Super Lazy
Suryakumar Yadav – Maverick
Shikhar Dhawan – Jatta
When it came to Yuzvendra Chahal, Rohit couldn’t help but laugh. Before he could answer, Ritika jumped in with a cheeky line:
The comment sent everyone on set into laughter, and the clip quickly went viral, drawing amused reactions from fans.
Rohit Sharma's wife called Yuzvendra Chahal a cartoon. Is this the way she respects an indian player?

Imagine if Anushka Sharma calls an Indian player a cartoon like this? pic.twitter.com/z962NpiCqa
Leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, known for his quirky personality and lively presence on and off the field, was part of India’s 2024 T20 World Cup-winning squad. Though currently out of the national side, he has played 72 ODIs (121 wickets) and 80 T20Is (96 wickets) for India. Chahal also holds the record for being the highest wicket-taker in IPL history.
While Rohit Sharma wife Ritika’s comment was clearly made in good humour, it reflects Yuzvendra Chahal’s fun-loving nature and his popularity within the Indian dressing room.
