  • First of all, clean and wash the potatoes and keep it aside. Dry it with the help of tissue paper or paper towel.
  • After this, it is necessary to cut the potatoes in round shape including peels. Cut the potatoes into the same shape. – Leave the potatoes in cold water for 10 minutes. There will be no oxidation in it.

Do not make potato pakoras, enjoy katalis, parathas and naan

  • Now heat ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves, 2 green chillies and asafoetida.
  • Remove the potatoes from the water and put it in a pan and fry for a few minutes. – Add salt and mix it.
  • Now cut the onion into round pieces and cook it well with potatoes. Meanwhile, keep on medium heat.
  • Cook the potatoes until their color becomes good brown. After 80 percent of the potatoes are cooked, add turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, black salt, chaat masala, chili flakes and some salt as per taste.
  • Now keep them on high heat again. Take care that the potatoes are not broken. – Cook the potatoes until it becomes completely soft, then add kasuri fenugreek seeds and green coriander. Potato slaughter is ready, serve it hot with parathas.
