Hot Dog and Corn Dog are popular street food in South Korea. Hot dog style sausage is wrapped in sweet and salty solution, which is then deep frying until golden and crisp. You will also find this in some Korean restaurants in Delhi. In Korea it is made from sausage, cheese and potato. Its crisp layer looks delicious and is decorated with mustard, mayonnaise and tomato sauce from the top. The Korean -style corn dog is full of taste and crunchy. It is very popular as breakfast.

Material:

For Korean Corn Dog:

• 2 large boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 200 grams of mozarela cheese (cut in cubes)
• 1 cup maida
• 1/2 cup corn floor
• 1 egg
• 1 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• Oil (to fry)
• Wooden stick (to cook corn dog)

• First of all, peel the boiled potatoes and grate it. Do not boil the potatoes too much, they will not learn.
• Also, cut the Motzarella cheese stick into two parts from the middle.
• Add mojrela cheese to it and mix it well and add a pinch of salt to it.
• Add flour, cornstarch, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk to a bowl. Add a little water to it and prepare a thick solution. – Put the breadcrumbs in another bowl and keep it.
• Now first add potatoes to the learning and set the cheese stick on half of it. Finally leave a little space to catch the learning.
• First roll the learning three times in the flour mixture and then roll them in bread crumbs. Prepare all the square pieces in this way.
• Now heat the oil for frying in a pan and add corn dog to it and let it be golden. To fry them, put them in such a way that one end remains out and you can catch it easily.
• When they turn golden brown, take them out on the tissue paper. Decorate and enjoy with mustard, mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
