Effective ways to avoid hangover
The fun of the party’s night is often spoiled by the next morning hangover. Symptoms such as fatigue, headache, nausea and irritability are common. But don’t worry, with some simple measures you can avoid this problem and enjoy the party.
First of all, do not forget to eat enough food before the party. Avoid drinking alcohol on an empty stomach. Eating a balanced and protein -rich food slows down the absorption of alcohol, which reduces the severity of the hangover.
Second, consume water. Drinking alcohol causes lack of water in the body, which is the main cause of hangover. Make a habit of drinking a glass of water in the middle of every alcoholic drink. Do not forget to drink water even before sleeping.
Third, drink alcohol slowly and pay attention to the quantity. By drinking rapidly, the body is not able to metabolize alcohol properly. Understand your limits and drink alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages in turn.
Fourth, choose your alcohol wisely. Darker beverages are high in congestion, which can increase the hangover. Select light colored beverages, such as vodka or gin.
Finally, take care of, before bedtime and the next morning. Drink enough water and take an electrolyte drink. Drink plenty of water even after feeling light the next morning. Enough sleep also helps in recovering from the hangover.
