- Ingredients for making Sohan Halwa:
- Flour – 1/2 kg
- Sugar – 1/2 kg
- Almonds – 1/4 kg
- Ghee – 1/2 kg or approximately
- Milk – 1 cup
- Saffron – 1 teaspoon
- Pistachios – 100 grams
- Raisins- 5-6
- Cashews- 5-6
- Green cardamom – 50 grams
How To Make Sohan Halwa:
- To make Sohan Halwa, first heat a pan on the gas and let it heat up, when the pan is hot, add ghee to it and let it heat up. When the ghee is hot, add flour to it and fry it well.
- When the flour starts to smell, turn off the gas and take the pan down and let it cool down to make Doodhi ka Halwa.
- Then put a pan on the gas and pour one liter of water in it and let it heat up. When the water becomes hot, add sugar to it and let it cook. Cook it until a one-string syrup is formed.
