Laddus made of pure desi ghee and gram flour looks very tasty. This is the best season to eat gram flour laddus because gram flour laddus are stiff as soon as winter comes and ghee is freezed. In summer, ghee lying in gram flour laddus melt, which increases the taste of laddus even more. Besan laddus are very easy. Everyone can prepare it at home. The most important thing is that for gram flour laddus, you neither need mawa nor cream and milk with only desi ghee and gram flour are ready. Know the recipe for making gram flour laddus with desi ghee.
Gram flour ladoos recipe
First step- To make gram flour laddus, you have to take a little thick gram flour. If you want, you can also make laddus from normal gram flour found in the market. Put half a kilo of gram flour in a pan. Add about 300 grams of ghee to it. So much ghee is to be added to the gram flour so that the spring can run well.
Second step- However, as gram flour is roasted, it will leave ghee. Therefore, keeping too much ghee is also not good. Now fry the gram flour on medium flame continuously. When gram flour is roasted, its color will be darker and will start leaving ghee. The fragrance will start to roast gram flour. Besan will be roasted in about 20 minutes.
Third step- Now leave it in the pan and turn off the gas. Keep stirring the gram flour in the middle to cool down. Now use boora or khand. If crisp gram flour laddus are to be made then you can add khand. We use boora. When gram flour cools down completely, add about 400 grams of boora and 3-4 ground cardamom.
Fourth step- Mix all the things well. Now prepare the laddus with the prepared gram flour and boora. Keep a ladoos as much as a laddus in your hand and prepare the laddus while pressing tightly. Similarly, make all laddus.
Fifth step- Besan laddus do not spoil for 10–15 days. Keep it in summer and after eating, eat a laddu whenever you want to eat sweet. Children and guests will also like homemade gram flour laddus.
