The announcement comes amid a flurry of social media chatter, as fans remain hooked on the suspense-filled competition hosted by Karan Johar.
The Traitors Renewed for Season 2
Adapted from the globally acclaimed, BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning format by IDTV, The Traitors has quickly become one of the fastest-growing reality formats worldwide. The show is produced in collaboration with All3Media International and has seen successful local versions in over 30 countries.
Since its India premiere on June 12, the series has sparked a wave of fan theories and conversations online. According to Prime Video, the show has reached viewers across an impressive 88% of the country’s pin codes.

A Star-Studded Cast and Shocking Eliminations
The first season featured 20 celebrity contestants, including Anshula Kapoor, Apoorva Mukhija, Ashish Vidyarthi, Elnaaz Nourouzi, Harsh Gujral, Jannat Zubair, Janvi Gaur, Jasmin Bhasin, Karan Kundrra, Lakshmi Manchu, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, Nikita Luther, Purav Jha, Raftaar, Raj Kundra, Sahil Salathia, Sudhanshu Pandey, Sufi Motiwala, and Uorfi Javed.
So far, Raj Kundra, Lakshmi Manchu, Sahil Salathia, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, and Raftaar have been eliminated from the competition. Meanwhile, Elnaaz Norouzi and Purav Jha have been revealed as the secret traitors—though the rest of the cast remains unaware of their identities.
