Boil sugar and water in a pan, then add rasgulla shells to it.

Boil for 15-20 minutes, when the rasgulla flowers, turn off the gas.

When cooled, serve by adding cardamom powder.

Rasmalai: Rasmalai is a creamy dessert that can be made from cracked milk cheese.

Ingredients: Chhena- 1 Cup

Milk- ½ liter

Sugar-½ cup

Saffron- 1 pinch

Cardamom powder- ½ tsp

Almonds and pistachios

Method of preparation: Make small flat shells from chena.

Boil these balls in 2 cups of water and 4 cups of sugar for 10 minutes.

Now boil the milk until thick, then add sugar, saffron and cardamom.

Put boiled rasmalai balls in milk and keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.

Serve by adding almond-pistachios on top.

Khoya (khoya): Torn milk can be made lost by drying, which makes barfi, laddus and pudding.

Cook the torn milk on low flame in the pan.

Keep stirring it continuously, so that it becomes thick.

When all the water dries and takes a solid form, turn off the gas.

Use this khoya in sweets.

Simple buttermilk

Spicy buttermilk can be made by filtering torn milk.

Ingredients: Torn milk- 2 cups

Water- 1 cup

Roasted cumin powder- ½ tsp

Black salt- as per taste

Coriander

Method of preparation: Mix water in torn milk and beat well.

Add salt, cumin powder and green coriander and mix.

Serve after cooling.
